The following Privacy Policy governs online information collection by TheyaVue (we or "us"). It outlines what information we collect about you when you use the TheyaVue site (the "Site") and how we use it. What Information We Collect, and How It Is Used

The Site includes links to third-party websites, and access to their products and services. We do not have control over the privacy policies of these sites or companies. In some cases, we may make certain content, services and products available to you via our Site, or through email messages, through cooperative relationships that we have with third-party providers. The brands of these products, services and content will appear on our Site when they are associated with our provider partner. Our provider partner may receive any information that you provide or is collected during your visit to any pages made available by our provider partner. In certain cases, our provider partner will collect your information directly. If this is the case, then the privacy policies of the provider partner could apply to their use of the information. SMS Messaging
If you opt in to receive this type of messaging, we may use your phone number to send you marketing SMS messages, share with you free content, like articles or videos, announce new products, and provide you with information about previous purchases and unfinished orders. We may also give you access to your dashboard, and/or to downloads if you've opted into receiving such messaging. You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to our messages. By enabling the Google Analytics Display features we are required by law to inform our visitors that we use third-party identifiers (such the DoubleClick cookies) and first-party identifiers (such the Google Analytics cookies) together to collect data about your activity on our Site. This allows us to send you an email if you start filling out our checkout form, but leave it incomplete. Remarketing allows us to contact people who have previously visited our Site and match them with the appropriate advertising message.

Facebook
We (not Facebook), as advertisers on Facebook, and via our Facebook page, may collect information or content from Facebook users. This information can be used according to the Privacy Policy. You consent to us collecting such information.

Facebook Data Use Restrictions is what we adhere to.

Ad data that is collected, received, or derived from a Facebook ad (the "Facebook advertising information") will only be shared with someone who acts on our behalf. This would include our service provider. Our service providers are responsible for protecting any Facebook advertising data, or any other information we provide, and keeping it secure and confidential.
We don't use Facebook advertising data in any way (including retargeting and commingling of data between multiple advertisers campaigns or piggybacking and redirection with tags) except anonymously and on aggregate basis (unless Facebook has authorized this).
We do not use Facebook Advertising Data, including targeting criteria for Facebook Ads, to build or append user profiles. This includes profiles that are associated with mobile device identifiers or any other unique identifiers that identify any particular user.
We do not provide any Facebook advertising data, including anonymous, aggregated, or derived, to any advertising network, ad-exchange, data broker, or any other service related to advertising or monetization.
General Data Privacy Regulation
The GDPR came into effect on 25 May 2018 and is designed to protect data of European Union citizens.

We do not conduct any business in the EU. We will adhere to the GDPR if the data you provide us during your use of our website, content, or products, and/or service is covered by it.

You may be entitled to the following rights if you reside in the European Economic Area or access this site within the EEA: Access, Correction, Erasure, Portability, Restriction or Opposition to Processing, and Transferability. This includes the right to be forgotten.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
The CCPA went into effect on January 1, 2020 and was designed to protect personal information of Californian residents.

The CCPA contains threshold requirements that a company has to meet to be obligated to comply with the provisions. Our company, based on information and belief does not meet these thresholds. If our status changes, and if any data you provide during your use of this site, its content, or products, is governed under the CCPA Act, we will abide to the relevant sections of the Act.

Children's Privacy Notice
This statement on children's privacy explains how we collect and use personal information online from children younger than thirteen years old, and gives important information about their rights under federal laws.

This site is not intended for children under thirteen years of age. We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information about children under thirteen. We screen users before they provide any personal information to ensure that users under thirteen years of age do not submit such information. We will remove any personally identifiable information that was accidentally collected by a child under thirteen years of age as part of our Site. In the event that we decide to change our policies in the future we will require parental consent prior to collecting any information about children under thirteen.
We do not knowingly share any information collected from children under 13 years old.
